Hi! I'm Gillian Leah, an enthusiastic and committed teacher, with a life-long love of languages. I have lived in Frankfurt, Germany and Brussels, Belgium and have studied at Giessen University, Germany.

I am qualified to teach German, French, Spanish and ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages). I have a BA Degree in Languages for Business and a relevant teaching qualification, together with 20 years of teaching experience. I have worked at Kirklees College for a period of 8 years teaching German to GCSE level and French to primary school teachers and in businesses.

I also teach post GCSE courses to adults. I have 9 years of teaching languages in primary schools and hold a CRB check. I am an Associate Member of the Institute for Learning.

I teach business courses tailored to individuals or small/large groups on their own premises in the West Yorkshire area including Leeds. I have comprehensive business insurance and am a Business Link Approved Supplier.

I ensure that my classes are always interesting and varied and I use a highly effective curriculum to support the development of all students. I develop good relationships with students and am very committed to developing their confidence and language knowledge.
